The financial result of Little Nightmares II on Steam was almost $3 million in sales within a month of release
The second part of Little Nightmares was released on February 10, 2022, and, according to GameSensor's estimation, its sales amounted to almost $3 million in the first month of release on Steam. During the same month, about 100 thousand players bought the novelty on the platform.
Little Nightmares II has received positive reviews from Steam users: its rating on the platform is almost 5 stars out of 5. The PC version of the game is also rated quite high on the aggregator website Metacritic: players gave it 8.4 points out of 10, and critics - 83 points out of 100 possible.
Both Little Nightmares games are developed by Tarsier Studios and published by BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment.
If both parts of the game are compared with each other, the sales volume of Little Nightmares II for the first month of release is almost three times more than Little Nightmares for the same period of time. As for the number of copies sold within a month of release, the second part of the game is twice as much as Little Nightmares.
Almost half of the audience of Little Nightmares II on Steam are English-speaking players. About 20% of users speak Chinese. The rest of the players speak Spanish, German, Russian and other languages.
