Nearly $2 million in sales for Hardspace: Shipbreaker on Steam in its first month of release
According to GameSensor's estimation, Hardspace: Shipbreaker's sales on Steam for the first month since release are nearly $2 million. During the same month, about 50 thousand copies of the game were sold on the platform.
Steam users praised the novelty, giving it nearly 5 stars out of 5. On the aggregator website Metacritic, the rating of Hardspace: Shipbreaker from the players is just over 8 points out of 10. Critics gave the game 82 points out of a possible 100.
Hardspace: Shipbreaker is the fourth game by developer Blackbird Interactive. As far as paid games go, Hardspace: Shipbreaker leads the three in terms of sales in the first month after release. That's because Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak and Crossfire: Legion's early access revenue for the same period is about $2 million and almost $400,000 in sales, respectively.

Hardspace: Shipbreaker is in full release on May 24, 2022, and is only available on PC. A release date for the game on Xbox and PS will be announced at a later date.
