Almost 6 million copies sold in the first month of release — the result of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II sales on Steam
The sequel to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019 and the twelfth game in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II series was released on Steam on October 27, 2022.
Updated and improved artificial intelligence, better graphics, new weapon mechanics, and many other gameplay innovations were promised by developer Infinity Ward in the second part of Call of Duty Modern Warfare.
